Zane lives in a large mansion, pure white on the outside, yet the inside is various shades of blues. He actually lives there pretty much by himself other than servants and maids, sometimes the cook, but he mainly cooks for himself.
He has a summer house, though actually...he calls it a winter house because he would usually go there in the winter and the summer...but ah well.
