"Utau..." There was just no reasoning with her. She was very stubborn. Before Nagumi could think of a reply, however, someone knocked over Utau from behind, causing her to undo her chara transformation with Haishi.

"Ouch... that hurt..." it was a boy. He scratched behind his ear..... Wait a minute.. people don't have ears.... He must have had a Shugo Chara, and he was Chara changed. Gray ears were sticking out of his gray hair, and his brown eyes focused on Nagumi. "Hey! Your kinda cute!" He stood up and walked over to Nagumi, taking her hand, smirking at her. "The name's Kenshin Futashi..." He looked older than Nagumi, and it definately showed, but he still had the look of innocence of a 13 or 14 year old.

"Umm.. Hi....?" Nagumi saw Haishi break from the Chara Transformation, and grabbed her. "I'm sorry to do this, Haishi, but you really have to get back to Shizu-Chan!" Nagumi placed her index finger on Haishi's forehead, and purified her. "Moonlight Healing..." After a short burst of white light, Haishi was no longer an X-Chara.

Ikuto shook his head, "This is for you Kanki . . . I'm stepping up as your older brother." He turned to the female. "Free him first and I will hand over Yoru," he murmered.
Yumi grinned, extending out her hand to snatch up Yoru. At that moment, she snapped her fingers as the darkness left Kyouto and went to Yoru. Ikuto gasped slightly as though he were punched, struggling to stay on his feet, he felt nauseous as he tried to fight it, to resist. Eventully, he collapsed to his knees, his eyes becoming lifeless and dark.
"Well, looks like the kid was telling the truth," she grinned broadly.

Kanki snarled, raising to his feet unsteadly and lunging for Yumi. "Leave Ikuto alone!" he snarled angrily. "Take me and my charas instead of him! I don't want this!" he snarled, eyes simply blazing with anger, though it was all ruined by a sudden cough. "UGgh...stupid cold."

Utau let out a loud squeal as she fell over. "Hey! That wasn't fair!" she narrowed her eyes.
Haishi blinked slightly. "Wh-what happened?" she blinked slightly in confusion. She let out a small sigh. "Shizukesa-chan is in trouble . . . "

She shook her head slightly. "No . . the deals already been made."
At the moment he lunged for Yumi, the cloaked figure moved, of course it was Shizukesa.
"Stop it right now," she snapped.

"Ikuto! You BAKA!" Kanki hissed, looking over at Ikuto. "Ikuto..." he whispered. "Why?" he murmured, then looked at Shizukesa. "Shizu..." he whispered hoarsely. Then glared at Yumi. "You...you...bitch!" he snarled.

Shizukesa shook her head. "My name is Masumi . . . " she slapped Kanki. "Don't you EVER speak to sensei like that again . . . "
Yumi snickered. "I'd love to stay and chat . . . but I can't," she grinned, snaooing her fingers disappearing as well as Ikuto and Yoru.

Kenshin turned around and noticed Utau for the first time. "Oh, heh heh.. sorry, miss... I was following someone's scent, and I accidentally smacked into you..." ~~~~~~~~~~~~ "What? Shizukesa's in trouble?!? Oh no..." Hanashi flew over to Haishi and frowned. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I feel it too...! And Ikuto-Kun is in trouble too... first it was Kanki, but then it somehow swapped... We have to help them!" Hanashi nodded at Haishi and began to float offstage, out the back door, and towards Easter's rival Company. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Ok, c'mon Haishi! You can rest on my head until we arrive. you've been through a lot." Nagumi turned towards utau. "I'm sorry... Utau-Chan..." She whispered before bounding off after Hanashi in the rain.(it is still raining.. right..?  ?) ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kenshin smirked, looking after where Nagumi left. "Well, I supposed Id better continue my mission..." His gray ears twitched, he sniffed the air, and his tail swayed back and forth before he followed Nagumi into the rainy darkness of night. |

"Shizu..." Kanki whispered, rubbing the side of his face where he'd been slapped. "Shizu..." What was it with him...this was his fault...as usual...like everything else was. "This is my fault...if I wasn't so selfless...then maybe you wouldn't have gotten into this mess...this is all my fault..." he wiped his eyes. "Shizu...please..."

Nagumi approached a tall building, like Easter's, but strangely different. "UP HERE NAGUMI-CHAN!" Hanashi floated upwards alongside the tall Company. She flew into an open window and saw Kanki and Shizukesa, only she was different. "SHIZUKESA," Hanashi screamed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nagumi leapt ontop of a tree and jumped into the open window. (dang! THAT TREE ISH TALL!! ) She saw Hanashi, heard her scream, then gasped. "Shizukesa! Kanki!" She ran forward, and the sudden impulse shot through her to grab Hanashi. She grabbed her, and held her tight. She had the strange feeling that if Hanashi strayed too far, that something bad would happen. Nagumi's ears suddenly perked up. "There's someone else in this room..." Nagumi looked around, not seeing anyone at first. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kenshin arrived at the building moments after Nagumi leapt into the window. He smelled her scent and the scent similar to his target. "It's familiar... but its not her... Damn..." He folowed the path Nagumi took and stopped on the tree to look inside, not seeing who he was looking for, but their scent was there only minutes ago.... |

Shizukesa slapped Kanki again. "That's not my name!" she snapped, her black gaze narrowing. She crossed her arms. "Don't speak to me unless you learn my name . . . Kanki-san."
Haishi flew into the room, now glomping Kanki. "Kanki-chan something is very wrong with Shizukesa."

Kanki put his hand on the side of his face. "Shizukesa is your name though..." he murmured, then looked at Haishi. "Haishi...glad you're back...but Shizu...and Ikuto..."

"No you aren't...You're Shizukesa!" Kanki said, flinching from the slap, this one hard enough to cause blood to trail down from his lip.

"SHIZUKESA-CHAN! SNAP OUT OF IT!" Hanashi yelled.

Nagumi looked at Kanki, then at Shizukesa. "Shizukesa... I can help you..." Nagumi's bow reappeared. "Moon Arrow Special!" The purpleinsh glowing Arrow appeared on her bow. "She pulled the string, and prepared to fire. "I will save Shizukesa....!" She released the arrow which flew straight towards Shizukesa's heart. It wouldn't kill her, but it would give her true self the power to break free, thus freeing her chara as well.

Shizukesa let it hit her, smirking. "Pathetic . . . really that's what you are," she snickered, pulling it out of her. The darkness was more powerful than i=was imagined. She turned slightly after stroking the side of Kanki's face, "I'll see you in the next world," she giggled, now snapping her fingers and disappearing.
As she disappeared a wave of darkness began to spread over the entire room. "Get out if here! All of you!" Haishi excalaimed, now glowing brightly. "I can only hold the darkness back for so long. Even if a little reaches you . . . it could be bad," she bit her bottom lip. "NOW GO!" ordered Haishi.

"Shizukesa..." Kanki whispered, ignoring Haishi and falling to his hands and knees, hitting the floor angrily. "Damn it! This is all my fault! As usual...first Shizu...then Ikuto...I'm useless and worthless..."

Haishi shook her head lightly. "Kanki-chan," she murmered weakly, now tackling him. "Kyouto . . . Yakedo . . keep him believeing and ger out of here," her voice grew weaker.

"Come on, kanki! We have to go!!" Nagumi dropped her bow and ran over to Kanki. "Kanki! We have to get out of here!" She grabbed his arm trying to lift him up. "Well save them, but we can't do it if this darkness gets us!" She flung his arm over her shoulder, and managed to stand up. "C'mon... K-Kanki.....!" He was pretty heavy. Hanashi tried to help too. "Let's go Kanki-kun, proclaimed Hanashi.

"Just leave me here...I'm worthless and useless anyway...that's why they took Ikuto instead of me..." Kanki murmured. "It doesn't matter...If Shizukesa wants to be returned to normal then she would have fought...she doesn't care about me...she never did..."
Kyouto was now being forced back inside of his egg because Kanki was losing confidence in his abilities..."Kanki-chan! Kanki-chaaaaan!" he wailed. "KANKI!"
