Kat pulled her face away from his hold, /Did I really ruin his family bloodline? I didn't mean too.../ She stared at the ground, feeling ashamed for ruining Tanaka's bloodline.

Kat turned away, feeling even more upset. /Vile? Wow..That makes me feel really good about myself./ She squeezed Tanaka's hand, his mind seemed else where.

Tanaka stood there, unmoving, his breaths slow and even.
"I'm sorry, did I say something to offend you?" he asked quickly, his gaze flicking away.

Kat shrugged, 'Now that you've said all those things I feel horrible for becoming a vampire..' She sighed, playing with Tanaka's fingers.

He smiled slightly. "I see. You regret the feeling. Humans should never become nor fall in love with a vampire. A lesson I have learned from my parents.

Kat stood behind Tanaka again, a small tear silently falling down her cheek. She felt horrible. Maybe this is what Chi had meant back at the ice castle...

Tanaka stood there quietly still, unable to speak. He moved his lips slightly, unsure of what to do.
The boy smiled. "Well, you should blame yourself, as you should have done the right thing and dhould have stayed human."
